Richard
Eychner
President
Dick
comes to IRT with over 20 years of senior sales, marketing and general
management experience in the telecommunications and teleservices
industry. He has served as Vice President of sales and service for
the consumer division of Ameritech where he directed the activity
of seventeen customer care centers with approximately 5,000 sales
and service representatives. With experience ranging from the Washington
Post to MCI and even other teleservices firms, Dick's leadership
and strategic vision were keys to growth and process improvement.
At
IRT, Dick is a champion of client-centered operations, has guided
the company's expansion and challenges all areas to understand,
embrace and live by the core values that will ensure our long-term
success.
Martin
J. Lehtio II
Executive Vice President Client Services & Operations
Marty
brings to IRT a 15 year background in Teleservices and Product Development.
His experiences at Ryder System Inc. include the management of internal
and external call center operations for their National Sales and
Customers Services groups, as well as assignments focusing on Quality
Management and Process Development. In addition, he was responsible
for all aspects of Product Development for hand held computing and
wireless communications for Ryder's Logistics Division, including
project management, systems development and implementation.
Marty
has also served as Director of Operations and as Director of Client
Services at Precision Response Corporation.
Marty's
experiences on both the client and vendor side of the relationship
position him perfectly to manage IRT's client-centric operations.
His understanding of business and ROI drivers help him to partner
pro-actively and maintain IRT's solution-focused environment.
Sandra
Gobbo
Vice President Administration
Sandy
has over 20 years experience in the Administration and Human Resource
field. She joined IRT 5 years ago and has been instrumental in helping
the organization create a culture where the employee can make, and
is viewed as making, a difference in the organization's results.
The workforce today is a most positive one that is based on team
performance.
James
M. Pelky
Controller
Jim
brings to IRT over 17 years experience in Financial Accounting.
Prior to joining IRT, Jim spent 14 years with Ryder's Automotive
Carrier Division (ACD) located outside of Detroit. During this period,
Ryder's ACD became the largest transporter of new and used automobiles
in North America. Jim held numerous & increasingly challenging positions
in Internal Audit, Revenue, Payroll, and Financial Accounting Management.
Howard
Glass
Vice Chairman
Howard
led the company in the development of CTI/CRM software for the teleservices
industry, and guided IRT into the call center business. He helped
develop the Rapid Cycle Testing laboratory with such clients as
GE Financial Assurance and Discover Financial Services. Howard holds
an MBA from the Harvard School of Business.
Michael
Orlove
Chairman
Michael
founded Orlove Enterprises, which became, through its ownership
of Goldline Laboratories, Bioline Laboratories and Superpharm Corporation,
the second largest pharmaceutical company in the United States.
He served as President of Helene Curtis International before entering
the pharmaceutical industry. He has a Bachelors degree from the
University of Illinois in Economics.
